Your description says this is widget enabled. But there’s no function.php file that I can find, and when I click on “Appearance” and “Widgets” in the dashboard of WP 2.8.4, it gives me the message: “No Sidebars Defined,” and won’t let me use widgets.
This is just a redesign of one of my old theme. If you come across any errors, do let me know.

Uploaded the theme with widget enabled version. Download the latest zip and widgets would work.
